is v day such a big day ?

Yesterday was 14 Feb, and u know what that means...it's Valentine's day...it's the day where florist can earn the most, take profit the most and people are still willing to pay lots just to get a flower for their loved ones on the so called special day...

If you think i'm bitter about valentine, well I'm not...I'm just being practical. This year was the 7th val celebration i had with my then boyfriend-now husband. And we planned to treat it as any other day...But then, mebbe I got caught up in the moment that I finally still celebrate v day with a simple dinner at home. No more flowers on v day that's what i told my husband...if you wanna get me flowers, get it on some other day, when it's much cheaper...haha...

Anyways, I must admit though that it's kinda fun seeing my male colleagues trying to think of ways to woo their spouse...One guy left the office yesterday trying to figure out where is the closest florist so that he can get flowers for his wife ! I just laugh away...Although I still hope he found one...I should asked him what happened after he left office...or more importantly, when he reach home ! Hehe...

Oh...and yesterday was also my colleague's bday...he's a cupid ! What can I say,... Happy Bday GM !! =D
